Mohamed Benguerna is director of research at the Research Center for Applied Economics for Development (CREAD) in Bouzaréah, Algeria. Since 2010, he has headed the Division of Industrial Economics and Companies.

He holds a PhD in sociology of work and professional relations from Paris-Diderot University.

His research focuses on the sociological analysis of organizations, the training of executives and their professional trajectories, intercultural management and the practices of the social sciences and humanities.

He is the author of about forty articles and studies, and a dozen books.
