Where an when will YAS_NA 2020 be held?
YAS_NA 2020 will be held from 27th to 29th May 2020 in Montreal, Quebec.
What will be the language of the conference?
In French and in English, with simultaneous translation in both ways. So, everyone will be able to express themselves in the language in which they are most comfortable.
How can I get informations about the conference preparation?

Will you offer scholarships for YAS_NA 2020?
Yes, to the extent possible. The registration fee will be low and we make every effort to reduce also the costs for accommodation and transport. If our sponsors are generous, we will offer scholarships to cover these expenses. To get informations, subscribe to the Newsletter.
Do I need a visa to come to Montreal?
If you are a regular resident in Canada, this won't be necessary. However, if this is not the case, you must contact the Canadian consulate in your country of residence directly.
When will registrations open and how much will it cost?
We plan to open registrations in January 2020. To be informed, subscribe to the Newsletter. There will be reduced fees for people registered in a university, as well as for African scientists (proofs will be required).
Who can attend YAS_NA 2020?
The conference is dedicated to young African scientists working in North America. They will therefore be given priority to register. However, all those interested in the topics discussed during the conference will be welcome, subject to availability.
